Jubilee Creek Nature Reserve walk

Probably the most beautiful picnic spot in the Knysna indigenous forests. Located in two forest clearings, alongside a stream, this site is very popular with young families – the stream is the perfect place for water-play.

Ocean Odyssey

We are passionate about showcasing Knysna’s natural assets. The breath-taking Garden Route setting provides us with the ideal platform from which to introduce visitors to our rich aquatic heritage, our iconic estuary and adjacent coastline.

Homtini route

Most of the trail follows fairly easy contours in the indigenous forest and plantation. It is enhanced by winding single-track slip-paths, shady plantation and indigenous forest roads offering a regular bird’s eye view of the surrounding area. It is a moderate ride with the exception of a steep 4km climb.

Drupkelders hiking trail

This magnificent indigenous forest trail leads down to enormous rock pools. Pack your rucksack with a picnic and swimming costume.

Blackwaters Mashie

The Golf Course is a very challenging 9-hole / 18 Tees par 3 Mashie (pitch & putt). The longest hole is 152m, and the shortest is 52m.

Sedge Links Mashie

The Sedgefield golf club is a 3 year old short course, and offers a good challenge to both lower and higher level handicap golfers.

Knysna 18-hole Golf Club

Set in the heart of South Africa’s picturesque Garden Route just minutes from the famous Knysna Heads, the course hugs the shores of the Knysna Estuary.

Circles in the forest hiking trail

Following an old mining path along the Forest Creek, the Circles in a Forest Hiking Trail beckons hikers to explore the loveliness of the Goudveld Forest.
