Be part of South Africa's first Walking Festival!
31 March - 4 April 2012
Situated on the picturesque Cape Garden Route this festival celebrates the good life of the outdoors, it is about Great Walks with Good Company in a Walker's Paradise. The festival takes place between George and Storms River with 52 different walks to choose from over a period of 5 days. The walking programme includes every kind of walk imaginable, from mountain peak challenges, to meanders at night along the beach, from birding walks to tidal pool discovery walks, from walks with elephants to exotic dress-up walks in the forest. Coastal cliff walks and even community walks and walks of historic interest. We will also launch a geocaching walk for those who want to find out what geocaching is all about. There are silent meditation walks, yoga walks and even a survival walk for the more adventurous.
