Yoga offers an opportunity to maximise health and well-being through physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation. Yoga promotes the balanced development of strength and flexibility, focus and relaxation with a strong emphasis on alignment, posture and breath connected to movement. Yoga can be practiced by anybody, regardless of age or fitness level.

Lotus Studio is a serene space dedicated to the practice of yoga. We offer daily classes at our fully equipped studio. Our teachers have all achieved internationally recognised certification.
