Overlooking a bird sanctuary and in a secure complex this holiday house is centrally situated in the village – walking distance to the shops, restaurants, the lagoon and a few minutes drive to a choice of beautiful beaches. The views from the house extend over the sanctuary towards the forested dunes and the Outeniqua Mountains. Enjoy the bird life in the sanctuary, let the kids play on the jungle gym or kick a ball in the play area and then end the day with sundowners and a braai on the patio while enjoying a magnificent sunset. The house itself has 4 bedrooms and comfortable sleeps 7 – 8 people. The main bedroom upstairs has an en-suite full bathroom, a king size bed, a mini kitchenette allowing you to make your own morning tea, a TV and a balcony overlooking the bird sanctuary. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king size bed and opens onto the patio, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and opens into the garden and the third bedroom has a double futon bed. All linen and bath towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels. It has an open plan living area opening onto the patio. There is a fireplace for chilly winter evenings and a TV with DVD player and DSTV (please bring your own card).The kitchen is fully equipped including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and the garage has a washing machine, dryer, a bar fridge and a weber braai. This comfortable home in its secure central position allows for a relaxed, carefree holiday for the whole family.
