An original Brenton cottage, it is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach & has lovely views of the waves rolling out onto the beach. From the large balcony you can enjoy enjoy the beautifull sunsets over the sea towards Buffelsbaai.The house is nestled in and surrounded by 2000 square meters of indigenous fynbos and it will delight nature lovers and birdwatchers.Whalewatching from June to November and dolphins all year round. The house is furnished in a relaxed and tastefull fashion & sleeps up to 10 people.It has 5 bedrooms .Three bedrooms have large double beds and two bedrooms have two single beds each. It has two full bathrooms with a wc and a separate shower with a wc.It has a fully equipped kitchen with a 4 ring stove,fan oven,fridge/freezer,washing machine,microwave,double sink,granite tops and a dishwasher. The bathroom ,shower and kitchen are newly renovated . It is serviced[cleaned and new linen and towels] once a week or upon arrival/departure or upon request . ON SITE FACILITIES INCLUDES: Three parking bays, Large braai/barbecue, TV,DVD,CD ,TAPE, Pathways in fynbos & beautifel garden.
