Thesen Island is an award winning lifestyle island with six kilometer walkways (great for jogging); bird watching hides; three beaches; magnificent water with marine life (lots of seahorses). Canoe from the island into the vast open Knysna lagoon or paddle to Featherbed Bay or moor at the bustling harbour town. The luxury self catering house have three rooms and all the rooms have the following: En-suite bedroom with a queen size luxury bed (100% cotton linen) bathroom with an open rain shower. The bathroom is equipped with soft white towels and foam bath. Underfloor heating for exta comfort! Comfy lounge furniture with a large LCD flat panel TV with DSTV (PVR). A DVD player is included. Beach room Beach is the largest and most luxurious room, with a fully equipped kitchen for creative cooking. The bathroom has a spa bath. There is also a cosy fireplace with firewood supplied. Driftwood room Driftwood is a very romantic room with an open plan layout and has coffee making facilities with a bar fridge, a fireplace, a beautiful queen sized bed. The en-suite bathroom has a spa bath. The ambiance is relaxed island-living in luxury! There is also a cosy fireplace with firewood supplied. The outside area has two lounges and a Weber braai with a lovely view onto the water Pebble room Pebble is an ideal room for two people travelling together.
