Along the shores of the Knysna Lagoon, nestled amongst a grove of majestic milkwood trees lies a quaint village of log cabins. These charming cottages provide a quiet haven of leisure and comfort, with breathtaking views of the lagoon and surrounding Outeniqua mountains. The hillside chalets are situated amongst the Milkwood trees overlooking the resort and the middle chalets are nestled behind the waterfront chalets that's 50m from the water. Each two bedroomed chalet (double bed in the main room and two single bed in the second bedroom) have fully equipped kitchen/lounge with alll modern conveniences such as microwave oven, fridge/freezer, stove with oven, television (with all local channels,MNET, Movie magic, Supersport and Cartoon network) and a telephone in the main bedroom. Each chalet has one bathroom with. Each chalet has its own sundeck and BBQ facilities, Our bed and breakfast accommodation in the old main house offers our guests- a large en suite room with private patio overlooking the lagoon, and two comfortable en suite rooms with an old world appeal. A Full English breakfast is served in the breakfast room which has a wonderful view of the lagoon. The lagoon facing Paquita room has a king size bed in the room, the Albatross room has a double bed in and its facing the chalets. The Emu room that has twin beds and it's facing the walls and it's a bit dark in the room. Sonomara is a five bedroomed house with two en-suite double rooms( 1 room upstairs and a guest shower and the second room down stairs). the other three rooms downstairs share a bath and a shower( 2 double rooms and a kids room with twin beds).Fully equiped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumblerdrier.
