Situated on the lower part of The Heads, this house has sweeping views across the constantly changing Knysna landscape from the lagoon to the magnificent Outeniqua mountains. It’s just a five minute walk away from the most quiet and secluded beach at Under Milkwood. At low tide you can walk right across the lagoon to Leisure Isle and at high tide take an enervating swim. A self-catering house, it sleeps eight people. There are four bedrooms – the master suite upstairs with bathroom en suite and an adjoining bunk room for two, and two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. The family room, dining room and lounge all have wonderful views of the lagoon and sitting on the large patio overlooking the lagoon and Leisure Isle is a treat one never tires of. Cook up a storm in the attractive granite topped kitchen or just meander down on foot to the Eastern Head to visit Cornutti’s Restaurant or East Head Caffe for a meal, a drink or a just a cup of coffee.
