Set near the Knysna lagoon, in a secluded parkland, shaded by magnificent oaks and pecan nut trees, this marvellous country estate provides the ideal setting for complete relaxation in the country, yet just a 5 minute drive into the town of Knysna. This gracious thatch-roofed establishment has many fine antiques and is tastefully decorated. Accommodation on the Estate consists of 15 garden chalets and 49 garden rooms. Amenities in all chalets and rooms include television, tea and coffee-making facilities and private patios. Our rooms and chalets have been tastefully decorated with a Knysna forest feel. The comfortably appointed chalets include telephones, ceiling fans, and a fireplace for all those romantic winter evenings. Indulge in a hearty breakfast or enjoy a romantic dinner served in our dining room. Our open plan family chalet has an extra bed & sleeper couch made up in the lounge area for the 2 children Our ladies bar is the perfect place to enjoy pre-dinner drinks or meet the locals. This opens onto a lovely wooden balcony/deck. Lunches are served in the pub or on our wooden deck. Make use of our sparkling pool or the boma where we have games available. Wheelchair friendly.
